Well, I witnessed an accident between a car and rickshaw in Lahore - Pakistan and peoples (passer by, waiting around) rushed to the scene and helped two persons who were stuck in rickshaw due to accident.
But the incident as shown in video and reaction of peoples is unbelievable.
