Saby - I agree that there were several things that enabled the team achieve what they did...
Razzaq's inclusion, and replacement of Butt by Shahzaib were instances of two very good "decisions" that set things in motion, but decisions often do not have that means-to-end relationship that we expect. It is certain "events" or "episodes" that constitute critical incidents that have a positive or negative impact. So, at the incident level, it was certainly Afridi's catch that was a critical point. That set things in motion for Gul to get enthused and take his wickets against NZ... and the rest as they say is history.
