It has to be a tie between Yahya Khan and Musharraf though I would say its Musharraf because Yahya was not in power for 8 long years like Mushy. Zia was a much worse leader than Musharraf, but due to his fake Islamic agenda, alot of shortsighted people liked him, which was evident by the large janazah he had, something Mush wont though, as hes hated by both the fundos and the seculars.

BB & Nawaz are the most corrupt leader but still popular in un-educated and gareeb without-brain awam of Pakistan. But.. Both Yahya & Mushi is not that unpopular both of them did good in their terms. The only thing to see is the Mushi future will be different then yahya or not.

Zia was loved by many, who thought he was mard-e-momin. The fact that his tayara huwa mey phat gya also created sympathy for him.
For me he was the worst leader we ever had, followed closely by this present bhudda thats 'mustaliq' upon us.

Mush is among the worst... Zia was a pretty bad, but Musharaf is proving to be just as bad... Few more months and he will probably surpass him.
