Re: Most frequently (and infrequently) asked Interview Questions!
First, actually think about what are your weaknesses when it comes to work, and are you trying to fix them? I’m guessing most ppl dont’ realize what their own weaknesses are…I know at my past jobs, I was never really concerned with growing or learning anything–I was just in it for hte paycheck.
Try to give an example as to how you have tried to overcome those weaknesses. I think most prospective employers know we’re not born knowing everything, so as long as one has the desire/effort to keep improving…it’s a good sign. at least that’s my take on it.
At an interview I said one of my weaknesses is speaking..lol. I stutter and get nervous wheN I am put on the spot. but I said that while I know my written comm skills are adequate, I know I need to be better at speaking, and it takes practice. they further went on to ask how I felt about public speaking (to groups of 10+ ppl)…I said I welcome the challenge. Ab dekh te hain.
