If one is invited in a meeting then one must have something unique which other participants don’t have. The expertise, the knowledge about a particular area. So one way of overcoming the fear is to convince yourself that I am the best and everyone else in the room is ignorant. That thought will boost the confidence. ![]()
Secondly, one should gather the thoughts first before starting talk. An idea when delivered eloquently has more effect on the audience.
