Everyone can talk about the strengths at length, but how do you handle the ‘weaknesses’ part?

It’s a very tricky question. One can not say that he/she does not have any weakness. So something should be said, and yet it should not be so bad as to fail the interview.

How do you guys respond to this question?

A more specific way to ask about weaknesses related to the given job is that the interviewer asks what are the areas where you think you need to develop yourself.

it is tricky question, never ever tell them your weakness, but you can wrap your strength as weakness. like you are workaholic, or you finish task ahead of your co-workers etc etc.

for me.

Tell me about yourself
what are your strength
what are you weaknesses
what do you think about this job
did you find any difficulty/issue related to performing tasks

keep remember, whatever you are answering it should cover the core aspect of job you are giving interview. never say no in job interview. always ask at the end of the interview, if he needs further details or has concern. this question will allow you to give last chance of whatever the question you did not performed well.
