i dont think i have seen a group of people more despicable than jehadis. seriously what kind of animals would kill a khatoon school teacher?
also i have been watching local news bulletins and this story was not covered by either ary or geo. our dau takkay ka media practices self-censorship when it comes to reporting the kurtooths of jehadis and lawyers - groups which media supports. i used to believe that freedom of speech is absolute but after watching the development of pak media, i have completely changed my viewpoint. our media is a threat to the safety and stability of pak. i believe which ever govt comes to power will bring media to heel. i will enjoy watching the tamasha when it unfolds as it surely will:
100 girls’ schools close in Pakistan after militant threats

Islamabad - More than 100 girls’ schools were closed down in north-west Pakistan Monday following the murder of a female teacher by suspected pro-Taliban militants in the tribal areas bordering Afghanistan, media reports said.
The teacher was shot dead Saturday in the Mohmand Agency in what appeared to be the fulfilment of threats of reprisals by Islamic extremists if teachers did not start wearing burka head-to-toe veils, the Dawn news channel reported.
Female teachers responded by closing down all girls’ schools in the agency in protest. Sympathizers of Taliban insurgents in Afghanistan have recently targeted several women’s educational institutions in the tribal areas and surrounding North-West Frontier Province (NWFP).
And this is not just one lone incident, many other schools particualrly girls schools have been threatened, attacked and blown up jihadi terrorists. While lawyyyyyers and police are throwing stones at each other, this is happening in rest of Talibanistan.
Reap what you sow. the situation is out of control. This dilemma will grow stronger and stronger under this dictator. Jehadis and MQM were created by Zia-ul-Haq. The second dictator under the orders of Uncle Sam on one hand supporting MQM the Butchers on the other hand unsuccessfully, half heartedly unraveling the Jehadi culture. This contradiction will make things more worse for Pakistan.
Who will deal with them in strong manner? There are millions of civilian and military supporters of these Jehadis in Pakistan. Who wants to kill own people? The situation might be different if this task is given to Uncle Sam. Then prepare for killings of millions of innocent people, is that what you want?

MQM? MQM is not a threat to world peace, nor is MQM threatening a clash of civilizations. In fact MQM is the strongest people movement in Pakistan that is against jehadism.

^ the 80,000 troops are also getting a chitrool of a lifetime there, and are giving up already, so I wonder what we can expect from this CJ who seems to be in the limelight after standing up against Musharraf with some dignity... Waziristan is musharraf's mess, he should be answerable for it, not the CJ...
the sowing was followed up by watering and tending by successive regimes. the miltants were not controlled by any successive regimes, rather in the 90s taleban were given patronage of Pakistan.
They all have one common factor ISI and the Pakistan army. Weird thing is that both army and ISI are still playing both sides, while Pakistani supremo is trying to convince west that he is the real barrier between jihadis and nukes.

they are just sick ..and jahil ...they dont know about islam....
i think they are the same heroin farosh talibans which have escaped into pakistan as far i know..in past 60 years..tribal men never killed any lady teacher or craeted such problem for paksiatn....
i still belive ..we can get out of this mess by political discusiion with ribal people to kick out this talibans into afganuistan back....

Now I think you have seen another group of people who are non-jehadis but equally (if not more) despicable.... that group is the current ruling group.
Govt has to take a harder stand PLuS people have to stop supporting jehadis in whatever name INCLUDING ANY FORM of preaching. It is an extreme but time has come to decide - either NATIoNALISE all islam related activities and put SEVERE restrictions or pakistan is surely destroyed.
Everyone thinks it is a 'small' tiny minority that's doing this - and the actual killers are a small number. But they are supported by millions of muslims. It is a serious accusation but has to be said.
