We have to know.
**1) Jaldi jaldi namaz parhna.
2) Nigahain sajday ki jagha sy hata lena.
3) Sajday main naak zameen par na lagna.
4) Attehyat main hathon ki unglian guthnon sy neechy hona.
5) Do sajdon kay darmian itna waqfa na hona ky jism sukoon ki halat main ajay.
6) Sajda karty waqt naak kay bejay phly maatha zameen par lagana.
Jab namaz ky liya khary hon to nigahain sajday ki jagha honi chahyan ye is baat ki yaad dilati hy k hamain marny k baad is hi zameen main jana hy.
Jab Ruku main ain to nigahain dono paoun k darmin honi chahyan yeh is baat ki yaad dilati hay k rooh paoun sy qabz hona shru hogi.
Jab Sjday main jain to nigahain naak ki seedh main honi chahyan yeh is baat ki yaad dilati hy k Qabar main sab sy pehly insan ka naak khatam hoga.
Allah Pak hum sab ko Namaz khushu-o-Khuzu sy parhny ki taufeeq ata farmay or hamari har Ibadat apni Bargah main Qabool Farmay. (Ameen)**

Ji yeh Hadees Pak hay,mainy ek jagha parhi thi Islami calender par par is ka sahi reference maloom nahi.
Anything which is unintentional is a mistake and Islam has no penalty for unintentional acts.
Yes we should all strive to pray our Namaz as our Holy Prophet(SAW) did and we should strive to find out the right method of praying Namaz.
But remember one sect's right way might not be right way for the other sect though, keep that in mind too please. First effort should be to prompt and regular in Namaz everything once we achieve that everything else will come to you naturally. Do not be disheartened and quit praying if you make any of those mistakes , you do not have to make up or repeat your past namazain. Allah is Ghaffar and will pardon any unintentional mistakes , Inshallah. Ameen.
Yes Allah pak is Ghaffor -ur Raheem,but we have to know about our mistakes and not to do our these mistakes again and again. No one do mistakes in namaz intentionally but if we know about our mistakes we have to correct these.
Im just soo confused because i remember few months back i spent good time searching online the rite way of performing namaz and i have been following it but just today i started looking for it again online just to be make sure i was doing it rite and now i m finding diff surahs being read and all. Is there no one single reliable site which we can follow :(.

The namaaz is slighty different b’coz of different school of thoughts. But the most reliable source of Namaaz can be find in Hadith (how Prophet Muhammad offered Namaaz) as well as you can find how Hazrat Aisha r.a. performed the namaaz.
Try to read hadith book and/or a book named ‘Sunni Behasti Zaiwar’. Moreover you may contact ‘Afshi’ in this regard and I believe she can guide you better than me.
