Has anyone of you heard the news of a ball-boy scoring a goal and with that keeping his team in first position of the league.
In a Brazilian subdivision, two teams were playing each other with the visitors leading 1-0. After an attack by the home side, the ball flew past the outside of the post. As the goalkeeper retrieved the ball and prepared to take the goal kick, a ballboy came onto the pitch and kicked the ball in the goal. Only then the referee paid attention and thought it was a goal: 1-1
Funny thing is that the results stands!
