This is our local Mosque and I think it’s absolutely beautiful, mashaAllah :). It’s a shame our community is so small, and not everyone is very active with the Musjid’s events :(…but the community is growing Alhumdulillah.

We had a barbeque the other day to settle a few issues regarding the Mosque and changes we’re trying to make. We’re making a public library within the mosque (wireless internet perhaps) for people (even non-muslims) to come into and study/research/look around. Hopefully, that’ll work out alright and we’ll be able to move on to more projects to complete and find ways to raise money.

Aaawww aren’t these the cutest little kids ever?!? :kiss: They’re my pals and they’re really cool because they wear pink and I’m teaching them how to play tennis :smiley: ( I love it when kids wear shalwaar kameez!! And pigtails are sooo cute too!!):

Yes MashaAllah. sigh …and now it’s up to the next generation to maintain and take care of it. So, the older crew at our musjid is already starting us out by making us earn all the money ourselves for the new changes we’re making :bummer:

Yea like all the gorai loag are always so curious to see inside because it's like got such a different architectural design than any of the other buildings around it. We hold certain dinners at the Musjid once in one or two months to invte non-muslims in and we just have a small lecture, do namaaz, and then eat.

rockistan - i don't think they gave any information on what color the Prophet (pbuh) hated the most loll

Yea yea it's usually about 2 rows. But last week when I went to jummah namaaz, there was enough men, but it was only me and my friend on the women's side :(
