What dishes to serve at the mosque?

biryani, grilled/baked/fried/tandoori chicken, any kind of kabob, naan, salad, etc.
avoid oily salans that will spill and cleanup will be a huge mess. rice and chicken/kabobs can be eaten with a spoon or fork, so less mess there :)
