You have an obligation to your community in Britain (or whichever country you reside in) to not abandon them in times such as these.
Not everyone can simply go back… And those who can go back, instead of standing up for their community, making their voices heard, are leaving the rest to fend for themselves.

And what kind of signal does that send to those who harass you? All those times you people were screaming “WE are British,” would mean nothing if you you passively move back to Pakistan. And it would only encourage the bigots more, if they see that they are successful in scaring you off.

I hate to be qurbani ka bakra but you’re right. I live in mostly white area and my neighbour was a racist but over time she has changed into a less racist and more accepting, alhamdulilah. But after these attacks, I feel we are back to square one.
