OMG, what a cheesy movie. Yesterday I had a chance of watching it again and I couldn’t believe 7 years ago I was drooling over it. “The fate of this world is in your hands” :hehe: “you are the chosen one” :rotfl:
and of course that plastic doll, Goro :hehe: must’ve cost a fortune creating him.

But there are still some postive aspects. The groovy Mortal Kombat theme that’s still haven’t lost it’s groovy touch. The fight sequence between Lui Kang and Reptile (if you can forgive liu’s finishing move, Bicycle Kick) was very creative.

But on the whole, after watching this movie only one word comes to mind. FATALITY.

Yeah, it was a pretty stupid film. It seemed much better when it came out. I felt the same way with "Total Recall".

MK has lost it's touch just like the MK games except for MK:3.

But Totall Recall I still watch and it's in dvd collection because of that three boobed girl.

Hey wow, now I know which movie I was thinking of when I was watching The Matrix. "You are the one", Ha! The special effects are much better though, in some respects.
