There you go xpress.
Click on IMG button in the reply section and paste the URL from the original site. For example this picture is from the BBC site. Right click on the picutre, click on the properties and copy the URL to IMG here.
If you have saved the picture on your computer use the attachment button at the bottom and click on browse and enter the address.
