Morning Cereals ...

I got so bored of having bread day in and day out … so thought of getting meself some cereal .. and so I went to the shop and with so much choice around totally got confused and returned with no cereal and more bread :smack:

Care to share what you guys have stacked in your cupboards in the cereal section? :hmmm: and what do you like about that particular cereal …

Re: Morning Cereals ...

cheerios and frosties.

Re: Morning Cereals ...

I am trying to avoid sugary stuff which although tastes good but not so good for us, obviously. So far i like Kashi, Honey Bunches of Oats stuff, or any other relatively healthy cereal with nuts, seeds, whole grain flakes, fruit etc. I also like oatmeal, if you make it with some apples and cinnamon, tastes great. I hear the instant variety isnt that good for you so we go with old fashioned oats.

special K

Re: Morning Cereals ...

Coco Pops! Or rice crispies. But really, COCO-POPS! Mmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Coco-pops are a yummy snack anytime of the day.

Why u think cereal is the only alternatice to breakfast? Try a warm butter croissant with scrambled egg, or cheese melted inside.

Or porridge.

Or danish pastries.

Or full english?

kids have many things from frosties to applejacks to cheerios
I also stock my ceral weakness since childhood..smacks :)

Re: Morning Cereals …

Rice Krispies, Crunchy Nuts w/honey.. I mix them both.. in fact I mix crunchy nuts with almost all of them  crunchy nuts on it’s own is a bit too sweet for me unless I have it with plain yogurt then it’s good on it’s own.

Weetabix-minis w/raisans and/or nuts :yummy: Oatabix, but the ones I most regularly have is Bran flakes w/ mixed fruits or sometimes bran flakes mixed with fruit muselli .. yummy!

Re: Morning Cereals ...

coco puffs for milk and granola for yogurt.

Re: Morning Cereals ...

Crunchy nut clusters - actually feels like you're eating something compared to the regular crunchy nut.

Nestle's Clusters are pretty good too.

Oatibix/Weetabix Flakes - not very sweet, reasonably filling, I likes.

Honey Nut shredded wheat.

Re: Morning Cereals ...

My mom likes Almond Crunch. It's such an old people cereal. I have to add honey to the milk just so i can eat it.

Re: Morning Cereals ...

I like honey bunches of oats mixed with raisen bran with some lactaid. Perfect!

Fruit loops and applejacks! :hayaa:

Re: Morning Cereals …

You know the most amazing cereal known to mankind? Crunchy Nut Clusters. Wow. Just wow. :hayaa:

Weetabix is a compulsory in our household. Never let Weetabix finish.
