Or just move out soon. I know finding a place is a pain in the butt but in teh end its worth the hassle.
Her response to you ad is considered to be a legal agreement by her to pay for utilities especially if the ad states so.
If she has written on the email that she will pay for the utilities then she has a legal agreement to pay for the utilities.
If she has signed a lease, then she has a legal agreement to pay for the utilities.
(I am not a lawyer and all my advice comes from watching Judge Judy).
We’d have to have a whole battlion of police and SWAT to control PCG.
