**Most racist countries are those that don't grant people their rights - even on paper, i.e UAE, KSA. That's true racism. **At least all democratic nations give basic rights of citizenship, etc. Now, how come no one has mentioned Germany yet? Some of those folks are total skin heads.
Totally agree, there are v.few countries that have this sort of discrimination actually written into law. KSA doesn't even allow a non-Saudi man to marry a Saudi women without special permission, it's like apartheid..
