Totally agree, there are v.few countries that have this sort of discrimination actually written into law. KSA doesn't even allow a non-Saudi man to marry a Saudi women without special permission, it's like apartheid..

I think you are confusing racism with racial stereotyping. One can stereotype a person based on typical characteristics exhibited by that group/race, but still not discriminate based on that.
Where it becomes racism is when one starts discriminating against a particular group/race based on those stereotypes.

i will tell you why NE girls are thought 'easy' in N. India. N. Indian women arent the most liberal ones in the country, and when i say liberal, i dont mean liberal in the other sense. when you have seen women being the height of orthodoxy, the laid back nature of NE Indians dont gel well. with the sex-ratio in the Northern parts being The worst, what else would you expect too..

when you cant differ between your own countrymen & women from NE and ppl from Nepal, East Asia etc, you dont have any right to lay claim on the region too..

All the fights and differences between different people belonging to different regions in India viz. North Indians, North-Easterners, and South Indians is purely langauge and sub-culture based? Frankly to me, everyone looks the same. In united Punjab most of Hindus were darker than their muslim counterpart. Sikhs did stand out due to the turban. Since Hindus are indigenous to the sub-continent, they have markedly darker complexion and are short-statured than the muslims of the north-west(Punjabis mussalmans, Pathans, and Kashmiris).
I don’t buy this list at all… Why is Pakistan and Sudan are in the list of least peaceful places? Darfur is a problem between two tribals who fighting among each other- they don’t touch foreign tourists or journalists. Omar Bashir has done a lot for Sudan including bringing peace. Pakistan is mostly peaceful except along the border areas.

I am not being racist here but i can never understand why South Indians smell like CURRY ALL the time. This "once a week shower" is more suited for South Indians. They are definitely more educated, more polite and brainy but they naturally smell really bad.

She chose NOT to become PM because she wasn't a born Indian and BJP used this fact to put her under pressure, it's well known fact in India (not my personal opinion).
She still holds all the INHERITED powers NOT because Indians are tolerant (don't make me laugh :P) but because of her Surname.

Well Sonia Gandhi opted out of PM post coz she didnt want to give BJP ppls to play their foreign origin card. Secondly she always knew that she is always as powerful as a PM as long as she is congress president and UPA chairperson. And had hindus in India had any reservation about her not being hindu, than they would not have voted congress into power in recently concluded general elections. I dont have anything to ask to BJP coz they are already biting dust and are not free to anwer my questions.
And yes this is fact that she holds inherited (super)power, but at the end of the day its hindu dominated India which has given powers to her. This is something that matters. And this is something that proves that hindus are tolrent beyond imagination. But will ur prejudiced mind see the real point?
