Yes it can be unless when you say under 1 lakh it means half of it, in which case it wont be possible at all because its quite detailed.
Not without the fabric and kaam being horrible.
:) It can be easily replicated as is within a budget range of PKR 85-90k without effecting the quality of fabric or material/kaam.

^ i beg to differ. you would have to go with a lesser amount of kaam and less expensive kind of kaam, as well as mixed materials instead of pure. that alone will make a difference in how the outfit drapes, not to mention you would need a skilled tailor to cut and sew the outfit so it fits properly, and skilled tailors don't come cheap.

True, if you are getting it done from the market. If you have your own setup, then it can be managed within the price range I mentioned without any compromise.

Sorry about the confusion. Most of the online designers get the stuff done from the market. If someone has their own setup, its rather cost effective (but difficult to manage off course) I wasn't talking about customers though.
Can you please tell me what type of kaam is it?
