If this is true then Peshawar, Larkana and Mansoora are dens of targeted killings, cell phone snatching, bhatta collection, MQM tax on every business transaction from selling to building a house, getting a phone line installed, to getting your degree released by Uni, to paying your bills…
So this argument is trite and farcical to say the least…nobody comes close to ghoonda gardi, terrorism and harassment of ordinary citizens…not even TTP…
