There is atleast such a thing called a "muslim leader" in Israel. IS it even possible to have a "Jewish leader" in Saudi Arabia or Pakistan?
More importantly, why should he a make a statement "to defend the haram-al-sharief"? that is clear code for violence.
This has little to do with freedom of speech and everything to do with rabble rousing, what this guy did and has been doing

No. It is illegal in Saudi Arabia for a citizen to be anything other than a Muslim. If someone converts out of Islam and this is discovered they are executed under shariah law. Bear in mind this is the country Pakistanis admire most!

I guess everbody forgets Malaysia and Indonesia when they speak of Muslim countries right. There is no 100% Hindu Island in Indonesia that has absolute religious freedom and the freedom of speech.....no that can't be possibe in a muslim country.
The problem with those of a limited brain capacity think Arab = Muslim, when that is not the case.

/\/\only two states to boast off out of 56...great...and in these two states only muslims can propagate their islam....non muslims have a freedom to follow their own patteren, but not propaganda..moreover, non-muslims of these two states have a lot to say...

CM the question is whether Malaysia and Indonesia are right by giving equal rights and religious freedom to non-muslims or Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are right by denying equal rights and religious freedom to non-muslims? Off course Islam demands muslim states to limit the religious and political rights of non-muslims and this is the real issue. Can U afford to disagree with this?

Of course I can Raj. Please provide proof that the Islam demands muslims states to limit the religious/political rights of non-muslims. Direct quotes from the Quran and Hadis will do. Following the standard rules on what consitutes a valid hadis and what does not.

Well let me ask U few questions than only I will provide my proofs if U will still need them. I m a hindu, although I m against idol worship in principle and refrain from it, but as U know hindus are idol worshippers.
Will a true Islamic state grant them freedom to worship their idols and build temples for their religious need??
For us religious freedom means choosing the religion of ur choice and practise it the way U like. Even someone doesnt believe in GOD is acceptable to us and enjoys equal rights like those who believe, same goes who turn Murtad. Does a true Islamic state provide this freedom which kuffar states gaurentee??
Will an Islamic state allow a christian and hindu to preach and propogate his or her religion to muslims just like it is allowed in kuffar states???
In kuffar states, all citizens are equal, In an Islamic state, is it true that if a Muslim kills a non muslim, than he wont be eligible for capital punishment unlike someone killing a muslim? In a nutshell is a muslims life more precious than that of a non muslim in an Islamic state???
Plz answer these questions, if U will answer in affirmative, than there will be no need for me to provide any authentic Islamic source to prove that Islam deny equal religious and political rights to non muslims.

Islamic state wont allow a hindu to practise his religion rather they will make sure that all idols are destroyed.
Islamic state wont allow any religious place to be build except a mosque.
Islamic state wont allow any non muslim to take part in state governance.
Islamic state will award capital punishment if some muslim will embrace any other religion.
Islamic state will let a muslim go by paying mere blood money to the victim's family if they are non muslims, but will award capital punishment if victim is a muslim.
