If muslims sight moon in one part of the world, is it obligatory for rest of the muslims all over the world to follow that and decide ramadan/Eid based on that ?? Or moon sighting should be done from country to country ??

Moonsighting soon be done locally insha’Allah.
If no moon has been sighted on the 29th then the month has to be finished on the 30th and thereafter is Ramadan.

Thanks CP. Actually a friend of mine read a hadees to me according to that a moon sighting by a muslim applies to muslims all over the world. I was wondering if its correct or not.

from what i gather, the moon has to be sighted locally or somewhere on your same time horizon to be understood as first of ramadhan. Otherwise you complete full 30 days of sahabaan.
