I know a head nurse where my mom gets her dialysis done and she is ONE moody character.. one day she'd be smooching me and praising me.. and one fine day she'll lecture me on everything under the sun! She is deaf in one ear so she speaks really loudly cuz she can't hear herself.. and if anyone else speaks (on her bad day) she sends them out!
