right now and my blood pressure will probably not go down until tomorrow afternoon 
I had paid my balance in full instead of breaking it down into installments. Today the freaking lady says that I owe them about $200. I was like no I don’t. She of course got something out of the computer and showed me here, you owe this amount. I told her NO I DO NOT! I paid it in full and YOU are the one who told me what my balance was and I paid it in full at that time. She asked me if I had any receipts and I said no, not with me but I’ll show them to you. Had she dealt with me nicely, I wouldn’t mind. But no, that illiterate lady who probably didn’t even finish high school was talking with attitude.
So I came home knowing that I have paid the darn account in full. Before I had something to eat, asked my wife to get me all the receipts. TING TING TING! The balance was paid in full. Not only did the bottom line show $0 balance but the lady had written, with her own ugly hands, “paid in full”. She had put some extra charge on this new balance sheet that she gave me today. I’ll take the receipt and slap it on her face tomorrow. I don’t have to do it until July 1 but I won’t calm down until I get this resolved, which will be tomorrow. So somebody is going to get a special visit from me tomorrow. DAMNIT YOU LITTLE
