it all depends on how many people in the family, which city and where in the city do they want to live, what kinda food they gonna eat, how much money they wanna spend on other necessities...etc...so, the expenses can be very subjective from family to family. you have to be a bit more specific to your question.

City is Bonn. Single person with rented accommodation without sharing.
