I’m hearing from so many people that monogamy gets monotonous. It gets boring, and humans should not have to stick with one partner.
Now, polygamy on one side, these people are saying that marriages should be open, and we should be allowed to form multiple relationships with various people so that we dont get bored. They claim it can make the relationship between man-wife stronger.

What say you people to the prospect of open marriages?
(actually I dont know why I’m even asking - everyone is going to say monogamy is the responsible way to go, although you never know who is practicing it faithfully)
Answer the following :-
*Who these people are?
*Why are they talking this stuff with you?
*Why are you interested in such gossip? 'I dont know is not an answer"
*Open marriage? Whats the concept and where is it practiced?
College students are not responsible creatures. Let them grow and marry and then get back to them if they still believe in it. Let philosophy philosophise while the reality retains its right to be real. I dont think it can be philosphised more than ages old believes that if marriages work, they do and if they dont, they wont. Open ended marriages are no marriages, they are means (borrowing your own views) to bang without being responsible which is what Americans are doing to themselves and to the world.
It's not just the young people. My prof was talking about how it would be unbearable being with his wife for the rest of his life. His logic was that humans are not meant to be with one person forever because, historically speaking, most people have been married 2-3 times in their lifetimes because people never really lived very long.
I don't think serial monogomy is wrong, as long it is for better reasons than "I grew bored", because there are always remedies for that. But yes, I do think one person forever is something very new and humans are not really conditioned for that.
Men have been given a solution to fight boredom. Marry 4. If you get bored with any, divorce and replace. Larkion ko khud Khuda hee facility naheen deta to hum kia karein?
Capricorn- mazak tau bardasht hota hai magar lagta hai apko sach bardasht nahi ho raha hai....when a woman is married to morons like yourself, divorce is very much acceptable and approved by Allah!
