Mongolian Grill Style Noodles

I want to make chicken noodles but the kind at the mongolian grill restaurants.

I was thinking of the basic sauces they use and came up with soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, garlic.

Am I missing out on any ? Would be grateful if someone could tell me so I could make these noodles for dinner..

touch of lime juice or lemon juice might add new butterflies in ur tummy:)
