I am sure you have seen the 'Pakistan Investment Bank' (PIB) and 'Habib Bank AG Zurizh' in Southall. PIB is a joint-venture between United Bank and National Bank of Pakistan, while the AG Zurich is from the house of Habib.
You can visit any of those two banks for an official money transfer. It actually costs less and is more effective in terms of time taken and ensured delivery.
