in this picture is an actor (on the extreme right) who played a role in the drama Ansoo. The drama starred Talat Hussain, Nabeel, Shaugufta Aigaz. Also in this drama was this beautiful actress by the name of Maheen, i believe. She was extremely beautiful and I haven’t seen her since. Can you please ask Nabeel sahaab or this actor what has become of her? I’ve been trying to get info on her on the internet for years (5-6 atleast) but without success.
I think her name in the drama was ‘Isha’.

His name is ZULFIQAR SHEIKH we call him Zulfi. He is a Paki-Origin but born as Scottish at Glasgow. He & his wife Tasmina have been producing and directing TV serials since 2001 at Scotland. Our latest "NASEEB" is their 11th production in Glasgow. Yes, Zulfi did play a role in ANSOO.
Nabeel is their silent partner in business of serial makings...hence he is almost every serial...
MAHEEN was and is NOT a TV artiste. She did the role when Hasina Moin spotted her at some function in Karachi. Incidently, MAHEEN is my 2nd cousin (Mamoozaad) Nishat I. A. Khan's daughter. She is married and very happily settled in Boston. These days she is Karachi for her first cousin's marraige due in end Dec. MAHEEN....is the great-grand daughter of Quaid-e-Azam's right hand man NAWAB ISMAIL KHAN. Her Nana I. A. Khan was an ICS and had remained on top slots at Govt. of Pakistan...including as the Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board when it was BCCP in mid-sixties.
MAHEEN is still fondly remembered for her wonderful role in ANSOO.. the fact she was pleasantly surprised to know--last week when I told her about it...including the queries someone had raised on GS earlier....
