I will share my mom’s best dish : paaye …
Its not me who says it , coz i dont eat it much , but everyone whose eaten that dish made by mom , has come back asking her to make it again

my mom passed away a long time ago when i wasw a kid so i do NOT remember what she made the best but i can tell you what my Bhabhi and my eldest sister make best. Bhabhi makes yummiest ‘pasande’…itnaa maze kaa banaatii haiN k banda ungliyaaN chaaTtaa rah jaaye 
aur, merii sab se baRii sister ke haath kaa bane huye ‘nargisii koftoN’ kaa to jawaab hii nahiiN…maashaa Allah

My mom’s pakoron wali karhi is the best!!
and her chicken karahi!!!
in fact that’s all.. rest is so so.. she isnt’ that great of a cook!!

I loved everything she made. She had some innovative dishes too, which I never saw other people making.
Like singhary keema. Bathway kay saag key roti. Karchnaar ki kali qeema. Kathal k beej qeema, Karailay k beej qeema.

for me personally, id say my mum’s chicken or lamb pulao. My mum has often tried new things too as opposed to desi food all the time, i remember when me and my sisters were kdis she used to make a potato pie with green peppers, it was delicious

99% of her dishes are really tasty but I particularly like
- daaam ka qaeema
- daal cha (daaal gosht)
- dry daaal
Whenever I go to Pakistan, these are the dishes I ask for as my first and last meal in Pakistan

My mum makes the most amazing palak gosht, and haleem and aloo ki tikki and paranthi, infact anything really. But to choose one, I think palak gosht is her signature dish

when hubby visited my parents this time , mom made roast chicken and fries … and he cant stop raving about them .. totally loved them

Everything desi, honestly I can’t single it down. She does try other cuisines as well as she loves cooking and they turn out yumm too but her desi food is just amazing.
