It’s ok to feel hungrier than usual but focus on nutrition rather than calories. Eat smaller portions every 2 hours or so so that you don’t go through long periods of not eating anything. An easy way to cut out junk food is to stop buying it :). Stock up on healthy snacks instead.
As SGC said, your nutritional needs are only an extra 300 calories during pregnancy - that’s equal to approx a glass of homemade milkshake a day.
