Oh those have already started too! Lower back pains are the worst … and I also have this weird shooting pain in my hips, usually the left one, it hurts so bad I can’t even walk But will only happen if I walk a lot or stand a lot during the day. It’s awful!!

my theory has always been mind over matter. I keep ignoring and exercise anyway.
