For the majority of the people in the yesteryears, the most significant question for a child, ‘Mom, Dad, How and where did you meet?’ was often put down by an honest, simple answer such as, 'Bayta, appki Daddi ko mai achee laggi thi so unno nai rishta mang liya:)yahan beeta app kai abu humarai ghar aai aur mai un ko meree family achee laggi so shadi hoo gahi.
BUT, in this day and age, there are one thousand and one methods of meeting your potential spouse. Long gone are the days when marriages used to be arranged, when you met at work, when you went college together. In this modern day, we have e-Mulaqat, shaadi.com, e-Dating, e-Coffee.
What do you think are the potential answers to your future kids?![]()
Some which me and a Guppy discussed:![]()
**‘Array Tamraiz bayta, I was doing my homework and your abba jee popped up on msn’
**or the father would justify the reason why they are still eating daal roti out of the same pot
‘Tumhari amman ko kab ka block kar chuka hota, par virus hi na bhej de, issiliye aaj tak pachtaa raha hun’.
As in all shaadi’s, there are moments when you are introduced to your family:
‘Baytee, ye tumhari gs-zaad khala hain…ye tumhari orkut-zaad phopho’
But there are also moments of trouble…-sinister music-
**Me and your father need to IM, so behave whilst you are on GS! **
…meanwhile later on…
Kaash susraal walon ko format kia jaa sakta (The mother) and ‘Iski amman ka mothering board hi paani main dubo dena chahiye’ (The father)
