Wow saw Producer Momina Duroid. She looks amazing and young. What exactly does the producer do besides provide all the capital. Do they call all the all shots? Is Momina an executive producer for HumTv?

Yeh she does look good. Actually I was shocked to see Farhat Ishtiaq too , I thought she would be a middle aged woman but she looks young.

She along with her mother in law at HUM has resurrected Pakistan drama and saved it from being taken to trash levels by channels like Geo. Gosh...just cannot stand dramas on Geo, even ARY does better work :S
Who is her mother in law? Sultana Siddiqui the director? Is this the same director who is director who is directin Umera Ahmed's zindagi to gulzar hai.

yes Twinkle - Sultana Siddique was a super popular director (Marvi) of PTV. Then she started Hum TV. Her son's name is Duraid who is also part of Hum TV and his wife is the Producer aka Momal Productions / MD Productions. In Humsafar's case Momina actually did the casting of Fawad, Mahira, Naveen, and Behroz Sabzwari. She has an eye for picking people for different roles - it amazes me how she gets them right 70-80% of the time. More power to her and best of luck to her!
