I couldn’t find the thread with funny things that children say… mods merge if want
My 4 year old daughter gets her tenses wrong among other funny things popping out of her mouth these days.
“I am so exciting” (instead of excited)
That’s huge-moungous (instead of humoungus)
Me: “why did you do this?”
Her: “I made a mistake - and sometimes people make mistakes”
We were walking down oak tree road (desi area) and she said
“everything is “urdu” here. All the people are urdu, the shops are urdu even the food is urdu.” (I think she meant pakistani)

Re: "Mom can do me a flavor?"
lol! So cute! I love the way little ones learn and use language! I'm probably bad but I dont correct errors right away cause its just too cute! The older two speak proper english but littlest one comes out with the most adorable mistakes....
"I imaginated that I was flying!"
"Can I go outside in these feet?" (meaning can he go out barefoot)
verbs...he adds -ed to all words to make past tense....flyed, runned, eated, goed etc etc. These I do work on with him but I loved "imaginated"!
Re: "Mom can do me a flavor?"
^"imaginated" ....lolz.....that's so funny, my son often uses his made up word "breaken".
