I’m truly confuzzled…am I supposed to be putting on my sunscreen first then moisturizer or the other way around? or it doesn’t matter?
Also, sometimes in the morning i will put on my sunscreen and then do my makeup with no intention to go outside for another hour or two…does the sunscreen wear off by then??? Should I strictly put sunscreen on only 15 minutes before the intention of going out?
