Which team? I hope it remains at the sixer team level. We need young promising players joining the national Test and ODI team and not old horses.

Moin Khan! :k:

After Rashid Latif retired, Wicket-Keeping and Captaincy problem could be solved like that once Moin Khan selected!

Sad to see Azhar Mehmood’s name there. He’s always good sportman, specially against Saffies. I don’t see his name in the squad against South Africa. :frowning:

Hong Kong Sixer hmmm I am gonna miss that, damn.

it's these same old horses who have given pakistan cricket a good firm foundation to build on, for example players like waqar/wasim/mushtaq ahmed/inzamam/moin khan etc, old horses u say he is 32 this year and secondly if ur performing to the best of ur ability, and are fit and able to play at the top level then i don't see any point in putting older players in the same side as a young player, a perfect example is the recently retired alec stewart he actually played beteer in the latter stages of his career and he is the fittest 40 year old in the game @ the mo'...

i disagree with the pcb policy of only looking at youngsters, it only undermines and neglects older players still performing well ppl like mushi ahmed for example, wat hasn't he done in the last three years to prove he is still good, he was top wicket taker in paki domestic league 2 years ago and he is also currently leading wicket taker in the frizzell county championship with 99 wickets, and if he is to reach the magic 100 mark then he will become the 1st player since 1998 to take 100 wickets in a whole english cricket season.

I miss Moin too.....may be Rashid is slightly better in wicket keeping but Moin always delivered when team needed...and above all, his feisty nature...he was so energetic that he could lift the whole team up........i wish him best of luck
