Shoaib Akhrat does NOT have any game left in him. A T20 here a T20 there may be but no ODI and TEST. I bet he can not even bowl 5 overs without getting injured. Beside that, its better to have a less capable bowler to play 10 games in a row than to him play a game and the out for 2, then a game and out for 2...

Dude the issue is not his performance but the real issue is his fitness. Can he sustain for the entire length of a tour or a test series? Looking at his track record you may know the answer.
He may be playing well in domestic right now but can wepredict his fitness? May be he needs to play in domestic for a longer period of time to attempt a comeback in the national squad. Quaid-e-Azam trophy will commence later this year where he needs to play 3-4 day matches through out the tournament to prove his fitness.

dude, been there done that SOOO many time. He has "proved" his fitness 100s of time by playing these domestic matches only to break in 2nd 3rd over in real game leaving Pakistan to play rest of the game with 10 players after 1st hour of the game...
lets see if he can play 3 days game in Quaid-e-aazam trophy and does atleast 15 overs a day (which btw is nothing when it comes to fitness)
