Not bad, actually. Came across as a straight forward and shoot from hip fellow. He is right about talent not being everything. That was a comment about Umar Akmal and the fact that he needs to spend time on the pitch and perform in tests. I agree with that. I also like his attitude that performance and fitness are the two things that matter, not just age.
