Inallilahi Wanilehi Rajiun, even though im not sure if his dad converted to islam, yousuf is in SA for HAJJ, May ALLAH give him strength to bear the loss!

Cannot be said for a non-believer. Non beliver cannot rest in peace. He will be surrounded by torment. No peace as per Islamic belief.
