Har kisi ki kitaaboon mein murjhaae ghulaab nahin hotey
Har kisi ki aakhoon mein ‘MAUT’ ke khwaab nahin hotey

Mat poocho ke aansoo kitney bahey hain aaj
Har kisi ke ashkoon ke hisaab nahin hotey

Jaantay hain hum ke sabke apne ghum hotey hain lekin
Har kisi ke paas mere ghum jaise khitaab nahin hotey

Aasmaan mein bahut se taaray hotey hain raat ko
Magar sabhi sawera karne walay aftaab nahin hotey

Milegi na dastaan koi meri mohabbat ke jaisi
Yoon to fasaane dil ke yahaan nayaab nahin hotey

Keh do is duniya ko ab na karey koi sawaal
Key mohabbat pe uthay sawaloon ke jawaab nahin hotey!
