Maybe a “save India losing” is what you mean. 
It’s a cricket match, one of many, which 5 days after it’s over will be forgotten. Also England’s win makes it exciting since so far it’s been a draw and an Indian win. At least nothing like last time when India played and we got thrashed by England in England.
Maybe someone should wear a wristband saying “Save England for being spineless” since they did not vote against Israel in the UN resolution like US but India did. ICC doesn’t necessarily dance to Indian tunes all the time. If they did they would have no issues just like the Indian gov condemning Israel’s actions in the UN. And really it was just the ICC umpire who opposed this.
