its unfair that all the mods are from the west. we need a mod in cafe from our side of the world for all the logical reasons.

JonyBr and Khanzada were both from Pakistan and everything was working fine in their time. We then hand one mod from East and 2 from West, everything was working out great again. All mods are now from west and I believe everything is going smoothly. Nothing gets out of hand and before anything happens, a prompt action is taken. Do you have any examples that will support your case? Why do you believe that you need a moderator from the East? Someone else was saying this a few days ago, are you envoying on behalf of that person?

its all because of the time difference. if we have someone from this side of the world then when u people are sleeping he/she can take care of matters and then when u guys wake up then east mod can sleep and do whatever.

Trust me, we have at least ONE person online at all the times that can take actions. If everything is being taken care of promptly and there are no major issues, I don't think there's really any need to make any changes. Now assume that we were to appoint a mod from East, do you have someone in mind?

Read again, I did not say online all the time, I said one mod online at all times.

i.e. Me online during the day, Phatima during the evening, danny at night, EMM early morning, Sheen weekends etc. This is just an example, not our timings because they are all different.

Sadaf is a good candidate, however, she needs to participate more in cafe first.

Yea the GupShup Adminstration is DEFINATELY racist. I mean, am I the only one that's noticed that ALL of the Mods JUST SO HAPPEN to be Pakistani?! I mean what kind of a coincidence is THAT?!

It's just crazy!
