I have an essay due in a few weeks…naturally there is a basic structure for the essay…my intro…my for and against arguments and then i come up with the conclusion…thing is in the West we are never that objective…the conclusion is normally the first bit we have decided and the arguments will be based around that conclusion…i will find reloevant sources to support my stance and disprove stances i dont like…Thing is its working backwards…Very rareply do we approach a question openminded and look to discover an answer…our answers as stated are already pre planned…
In many ways that can be attributed to many scholars especially those on government payroll…the answer is decided beforehand and it is simply a matter of finding evidences to support a certain stance…very rarely do scholars in the current age innovate and approach an argument without any preconceptions and simply study the for and against arguments and based on the evidence presented formulate a conclusion…this is the best method for scholarship but is seldom used and if it is i can hazard a guess as to where these scholards…probably dead or imprisoned…cos unfortunately in most cases they are told what answer they need to give…its just a case of them digging up enough material to support their ridciulous arguments…
