Moderators and modship

These days we are looking to add some members in our moderator team and although we have ear marked some members already, we would like to do something different and open a job posting kind of thing here.

If you are interested in modship, tell us why you should or should not be considered?

We can promise a healthy working environment and conducive virtual workspace, hefty renumeration (not necessarily in monetary terms :p, and excellent boss LOL)

Jokes apart. I think a moderator for the health and fitness forum would do great, its been lacking one since as long as I've managed to be around.

Someone like Southie would be of immense help I think, not only to the sub-forum but as well as the members looking for advice.

I believe I would be a good candidate for moderatorship as I have previous experience in moderating a very busy forum

In my previous work experience, I managed to revive the post count from around 15K to 45K. I have experience in handling a busy team and motivating them to work their best. I have managed 5 forums at the same time, worked with other moderators to bring on forum-wide events on the said forum including competitions, videos, audio programs etc.

And that’s all I can remember right now.
