I can see why Mods need system rights to delete posts, close threads, move stuff around etc. But why do they need a secret section that non-mods cannot read? Mr.Gorbachev TEAR DOWN THAT WALL!

Decisions/discussions over certain threads and/or the poster of the thread/opinions/ can't be public. That will create a chaos for many people will find it offensive. So Live and Let Live.
