Hello, please post your mocktail recipes here, I have been inspired by the Iskanjbeen thread…
1 glass chilled apple juice
1 whole bunch of fresh mint
Juice of one lemon
Blend everything together.. strain and put it back into u're smoothie maker. Add ice and blend some more!
We had a holiday/Christmas party for execs from the company and hired a caterer to cater and serve at the cocktail party. But, what's a cocktail party without the cocktails? A mocktail party!!
The caterer was great - he sourced halal meat and provided non-alcoholic drinks. He left us his recipes in case we wanted to make the drinks for ourselves.
Coco Colada:
4 oz pineapple juice
2 oz. cream of coconut
In a blender, add 1 cup ice, 4 oz. pineapple juice and 2 oz. cream of coconut (or 6 oz. pina colada mix). Blend until slushy and strain into an old fashioned drinking or margarita glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
Smart-ini
2 oz pineapple juice
2 tsp lime juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz. pineapple juice, 2 tsp. lime juice and 2 oz. cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple and cranberry skewer.
- Alternatively, add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice; garnish as instructed.
He may have added club soda to the smart-ini - but I'm not sure.

Re: Mocktails...
Any drink recipe can be modified by simply leaving the alcohol out.
- Apricot Gingerini:
Esp. ecommended for the early stage of pregnancy as cloves and ginger are an old-fashioned cure for nausea, and they just happen to mix perfectly with apricot. Great taste with function, sounds like a win-win!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz white grape juice
3 oz apricot nectar
1 oz ginger-infused simple syrup (recipe given below)
1/4 tsp ground clove
Preparation:
Pour grape juice, apricot nectar, ginger-infused simple syrup [can also make your own], and most of the ground clove into a mixing glass fill with ice.
Shake vigorously, then strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with the remaining ground clove atop the drink.
Ginger simple syrup
Ingredients:
8 ounces sugar
8 ounces water
1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil for one minute.
Remove from the heat and let steep for 20 minutes.
Strain out ginger and cool syrup.

- Arnold Palmer (non-alcoholic):
It’s named after the pro golfer, who put his name on a commercial version. It is really easy to make.
Ingredients:
3 oz lemonade
3 oz iced tea
Preparation:
Pour equal amounts of lemonade and iced tea into a collins glass filled with ice.
Stir well.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Re: Mocktails...
this is a yummy drink, not sure it counts as a mocktini, but sure looks funky.
Make fresh lemonade from juice of 2 lemons/lime (Make it strong). Add to a blender (About 2 cups of lemonade) and to it add fresh mint leaves, about a handful & blend on high speed till mint leaves are blended in and drink should have a green color. Now in glasses, add a few ice cubes, pour 1/2 full with mint lemonade, and over it pour some 7UP/Sprite or even Tonic. Very refreshing.
Re: Mocktails...
^ Thats like my favourite mint lemonade drink, your's is exactly like a virgin mojito!!! I don't put the soda in, but its delicious anyway, next time I will add the soda too.
Re: Mocktails...
Yeah similar to virgin mojito, only in the mojito the mint is only muddled to bring out the oils, but in this you just blend the mint onto the drink so you actually drink up all the mint.
Some lady at work make s a"punch" out of different sodas and some juices....usually at our work potlucks...its pretty good. I forget what it was though...ginger ale, orange soda, pinapple juice...and some other stuff.
