Are there any mobile sets which can play FLV format videos (downloaded from youtube) without any conversion. Whats the price range of such sets?
Re: Mobile sets supporting FLV formats
Why don’t you just download movies in mp4 format? Those are directly playable in a few diff types of “sets”
Re: Mobile sets supporting FLV formats
I usually convert FLV formats to mp4 like songs & drama uploaded from youtube, but it takes time. Videos are mostly available in FLV format on net. Can you post links for sites which offer mp4 songs, movies, dramas.
Re: Mobile sets supporting FLV formats
How do you get FLV? I use the Cucusoft YouTube Mate and it gives me the option to either download FLV or MP4 format. I would choose the latter which i can just move over to my iPad. No conversions necessary.
Re: Mobile sets supporting FLV formats
yeah muq as Tofi said why dont u download youtube videos directly in mp4/wmv etc formats. i know usually youtube videos are in flv format but there are sites which you can let you select the format when downloading videos from youtube.
above are few of the links via which u can download youtube, dailymotion etc videos into other formats apart from flv.
Re: Mobile sets supporting FLV formats
Tofi & Blessed, thanks for the links. I’ll definitely try these.

Re: Mobile sets supporting FLV formats
There are no specific phones which play flv formats, just specific apps. If you go for an android phone, the RockPlayer app can handle most video formats.
Re: Mobile sets supporting FLV formats
just google flv to mp4. you cant get several options for softwares.
