Am so sorry i dont know how to solve this personally but after research on the internet i found that 410 could be it! Anyways take care Insha'ALLAH, and sorry if im wrong!

No problems dear, am sorry i was wrong though! I saw 410 next to the phone under help, so i thought that might be it but was wrong lolz. Am happy you got it sorted out though Masha'ALLAH...
