There are 5 GSM operators in Pak:

Mobilink (Jazz is their product)
Ufone
telenor
Warid
Paktel

Mobilink offers Rs 5 /min to US, UK and some other countries. Check their international rates and local rates for Jazz.

Ufone is also offering Rs 5 /min to US, UK. You can check their international rates and local rates. Ufone’s international SMS is Rs 1.5 per SMS.

Telenor’s international rates is Rs 5 + airtime + tax to US, UK and international SMS rate is Rs5+tax.

I can’t find rates on warid’s website, but I heard they were offering good international rates.

You can check Paktel’s rates here. Their international SMSrate is Rs 5.

Looks like Ufone is cheapest for international calls and SMS. Mobilink is almost the same.
